- We do not review property files.
- If urgency is needed an urgency fee of $200 may be charged.
- If a unit title transaction then additional fees apply.
- The above fees are for standard matters and transactions. If you have a complex transaction then additional fees may apply.
- Property sharing agreements start at $650 depending on the complexity involved.
