Shanahans Law offers a notary service to those who require a Notary Public to witness or certify documents. As a Notary Public, we are authorised to witness signatures on legal documents, collect sworn statements, administer oaths and certify authenticity for legal documents for use overseas.
We use a seal to verify our presence at the time the documents were signed. When you come to see us, please bring formal identification with you – your passport is ideal. If the document being notarised refers explicitly to a particular identity document, you will need to bring that with you, too.
