Wills and Powers of Attorney
Linda Rose is responsible for our wills and powers of attorney, having an excellent eye for detail and keeping up to date with new approaches to structuring and executing such vital documents.
In 1981 Linda joined Shanahans and in 1983 became our estates administrator. After having a few years away from the office when her children were young, she returned to Shanahans in 1995 and again took on the role of estates administrator. She has an understanding of what situations may arise in the administration of an estate from the way a will is written and is therefore able to carefully tailor a will according to a client’s specific circumstances and needs.
Linda works closely with Mary Anne Shanahan to ensure that all wills and powers of attorney for our clients are completed in a timely and efficient manner. If you wish to make a will or power of attorney, please telephone our receptionist to make a time to visit us and meet with Mary Anne Shanahan to discuss what you require.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys escaping with her husband to their caravan in Coromandel where they enjoy long beach walks, reading and relaxing. They love spending time in Auckland with family and recently welcomed their first grandchild.
Linda currently works remotely and is available by email on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
